Here at Elisabet Boutique, we know that ordering online can be tough sometimes. As women, we vary in our sizes depending on the fit and we want to make sure that you are satisfied with your purchases. With that said, we've broken down our return policy so it's as easy as possible.

You have 14 days from the day you receive your item(s) to send back the return for store credit on your account. You may also return for an exchange if quantities/size/colors are available. If the item isn't available your account will be credited. Please just mail back your item with the return slip located inside your package. If you can't find it please send in the following informaiton: 

• Your name
• Order #
• Reason for the return -- if the item is damaged, PLEASE let us know! You will be reimbursed for shipping if the item is damaged.

Please note: We WILL NOT ACCEPT returns on any item that is washed, worn or smells of perfume or smoke.

If Redo returns coverage is purchased at checkout then return shipping will be covered. Otherwise, customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

 

SALE ITEMS/JEWELRY 

ALL SALE/ JEWELRY ITEMS/ MASKS ARE FINAL SALE. If a clearance item is returned, we will return to sender. 

CANCELLATIONS

Once an order has been placed, we can NOT cancel the order and refund back to your credit card/paypal. The ONLY option is for store credit. This includes if you place an order multiple times by "accident." PLEASE check your order BEFORE you hit submit.
